Originally from California, Amanda grew up in multigenerational poverty, where homeownership often felt like an impossible dream. That changed when she and her husband—active duty Army at the time—purchased their first home in Seattle using a VA loan. That moment became a turning point, not only in their personal journey but in Amanda’s future career path. Homeownership became the foundation that helped her family build wealth, stability, and a better life.
After more than a decade in Washington raising her family and diving deep into the real estate market, Amanda transitioned from curious homebuyer to hands-on investor and, ultimately, to licensed Realtor. Her passion led her to open a thriving boutique brokerage in Florida, where she proudly helped others achieve financial independence through real estate.
With a background in DIY renovations, Amanda has personally bought, renovated, and sold numerous homes—earning sweat equity, experience, and insight along the way. Now returning to Washington, she brings that same energy and expertise to the Montgomery Home Team.
