For over two decades, I was instrumental in growing a successful independent real estate company, where I spearheaded the development of a dedicated transaction processing and compliance review department. This innovative approach helped streamline operations and ensured precision and professionalism in every transaction.
My journey continued at Keller Williams Realty Puyallup, where I served as the office manager and expanded my leadership expertise.
